Open Limits Principal Broker Spencer Rhoda boasts over a decade of real estate experience in New York. In the run up to launching Open Limits, Spencer spent a year dedicated to learning about the brokerage business at the largest company in the world at Keller Williams and the fastest growing at Compass. Alongside OL, he worked to build the real estate technology platform RealtyCrunch, leading to a seven-digit sale in under two years.

Spencer was the top producing rookie at TOWN Residential and later became a founding member of a top-ten team in the nation. He has broken and holds building records for both price per square foot and dollar amount. He has helped his clients to secure life-long assets as first residents in new development projects, as well as working with first time buyers to beat out the competition and win multiple bidding situations in the entry level sector of the market. He has represented dozens of properties both for sale and for rent with innovative marketing campaigns that have led to fast sales for top dollar.

After having rented in a coop in the Village and a condominium in TriBeCa; Spencer recently purchased on the World Trade Center, in portfolio with an investment property in Southampton. A history major from the University of Pennsylvania, Spencer’s real estate career began at luxury firm Promenade Design/Build specializing in high-end residential renovation. He grew up back and forth between the suburbs of DC and NYC.
